Join Shalyn for this 45min mobility class where we explore different ways to keep yourself mobile. We will explore different modalities including yoga, Pilates, barre, strength and resistance training. We will incorporate various props too. This is a low impact class that will get your blood pumping and muscles firing. The only way to increase or maintain your mobility is to get up and move your body. Move it or lose it!
