Join Shalyn for this 45min class and explore different ways to bring meditation into your life. We will incorporate breath work, counting, mantras and sounds as part of our exploration. This is a great way to see what type of meditation resonates most with you. Different sounds will be used in this class and you will receive a drum bath at the end of each class.
