I began my yoga journey in 2010, exploring the practice as a way to cultivate balance and self-awareness. In 2016, I took my first formal training, and by 2017, I started teaching—initially through private lessons before expanding to gyms and yoga studios. When the world shifted during COVID, I co-created an online yoga platform with two colleagues, offering virtual classes for six months. After relocating to Europe, I continued working with a few online students before taking a break from teaching to focus on my personal practice. Welcome to all levels.

My classes are an invitation to come back to your body, reconnect with your breath, and tune into your sensations. We begin with deep breathing exercises to welcome the day and centre ourselves in the present moment. Gentle joint movements follow to warm up the body, preparing for an asana practice tailored to each session. We conclude with a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra and a guided rotation of consciousness, allowing you to fully integrate the practice and find a sense of inner stillness.
