Victoria’s yoga journey began over 28 years ago as she sought a holistic approach to relieve back pain. What started as a search for physical relief soon became a lifelong passion, as she discovered the profound mental and emotional benefits of regular practice. Over the years, she has explored a wide range of yoga styles, deepening her understanding and appreciation of this transformative practice. Victoria is a certified yoga, meditation, and pranayama breathwork teacher through the British Wheel of Yoga’s BWYQ Level 4 500-hour diploma. In addition, she is a qualified Outdoor Mental Health Practitioner, bringing a nature-based approach to well-being. Teaching remotely from the beaches of Brazil to the forests of the Outer Hebrides, Victoria believes that yoga is as flexible as you make it—accessible anytime, anywhere.
