Fiona Saluk
Fiona is a certified E-RYT 250 yoga teacher who has been teaching for 7 years and practicing for 15. She specializes in teaching creative flows with each class different to the last. Expect to find yourself fully present in her classes as you explore new transitions or creative ways to approach powerful asanas. A certified sound healing practitioner, music is central to her teaching whether through a carefully curated playlist, or through the use of singing bowls at the end of a class.
With a special interest in how we can practice yoga ‘off the mat’ you’ll often hear her sharing wisdom from the ancient yogic texts, and yoga philosophy during class. Many students come for the physical practice, but stay for the journey inwards as she encourages deep self-reflection. Her classes are full of dynamic flows that help students reach that meditative or ‘flow state’ through movement and breath. She encourages students to use their yoga practice to learn more about themselves and journey within.
While Fiona guides you through the asanas, you’ll find her approach lighthearted and encouraging, her calm demeanor keeping you motivated throughout.

Description
Vinyasa level 1 is welcome to all levels.
Energizing morning flow to wake up the mind and body through movement and breath. Students will be guided through a sequence which have will have modification options to simplify or amplify the practice. This class will challenge both mind and body - expect to build a little bit of heat while calming the mind before you finish in meditative and restful savasana. Suitable for all levels.
