Audrey Walsh
Audrey Walsh is a yoga and meditation teacher based on Valentia Island where she has been teaching in the community for the past four years.
Her yoga journey began in 2014 and she quickly fell in love with the practice, feeling first hand the profound mental and physical benefits that yoga offers.
She completed her 200 hour vinyasa teacher training with Bodhi Yoga at The Yoga Loft, Cork in 2018 and later completed additional women's yoga and restorative yoga training with Bliss Baby Yoga, Australia. She is also a trained children's yoga teacher.
She has taught corporate, community, and private classes throughout Ireland and has also enjoyed connecting with students around the world online. She is passionate about sharing the joy of yoga with her students, and strives to keep her classes mindful, heartfelt, and fun.

Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic yoga practice where practitioners flow through different sequences of postures while syncing movement with breath. Audrey's classes feature pranayama (breathwork) to ground and centre energy, progressive movement to stimulate the whole body, and meditation and relaxation to calm the mind. Her classes are open level and suitable for beginners and intermediate practitioners. Modifications are always offered to students allowing them to adapt their practice depending on how they may feel on a given day.
