108 Surya Namaskar
Sunday, 20 June •
6:45 AM - 8:15 AM
Amy Rivers
Amy loves the quietness, the individual inner-knowing that can be found through the practice of yoga. For her, whether the movements are free and fast-flowing, or slow and very subtle, yoga brings a sense of grace, clarity and a deep connection to the Self. She considers herself first and foremost a student, and is always seeking to deepen her knowledge.
Description
Join us in 108 Sun Salutations for Winter Solstice and in raising funds for GiveIndia’s pandemic relief campaign.
This year we’ll come together on the 20th June (day before solstice), to welcome the light after acknowledging the (almost) longest night. We’re looking forward to being able to gather as a community and feel especially grateful to be able to practice together this year.
Currently India, the birthplace of the yoga tradition, is in crisis.
With the intention of helping those in India who are struggling, we are raising money to donate to the GiveIndia covid relief campaign.
Please visit our website for more info on how to donate.
