Mysore style classes are not talked through. Ashtanga Yoga involves synchronizing the breath with a progressively more challenging series of postures. The student practices a set sequence given to them by the teacher and commits these postures to memory.


You may arrive anytime from 6am and commence practice. The initial sequence will take 40-60 minutes and eventually your full practice may take the 2 hours available.
