Kiri is a yoga teacher and enthusiast, massage therapist, and reiki practitioner. She is passionate about all things healing and expression- whether it be through art, movement, or music.Her creative approach to teaching is dance like, expansive and fluid with an emphasis on breath. She aims to make yoga accessible to all with the hope of enabling individuals to facilitate their own healing.

For beginners and practitioners who want to explore a gentler session, this class is about finding safe alignment through yoga movements. We’ll explore flexibility balanced with strength, and learn the basics of pranayama (breath work), relaxation and a mindset to bring yoga to your life.
