Tessa’s background as a physiotherapist has made her passionate about injury prevention and whole body movement. Her Pilates classes incorporate lengthening and movement of the entire body with a focus on core strength and joint stabilisation carried out to some funky tunes. Tessa encourages you to challenge yourself safely with exercise progressions.

Pilates is designed to enable efficient dynamic movement and lengthening of the body through the development of core strength and joint stabilisation. Movement and exercises are coordinated with breathing. Pilates improves alignment, increases core strength and reduces spinal pain. It can be of benefit to everyone and caters to all levels, beginner through to advanced.
