Hanna has been teaching various styles of yoga since 2016, specialising in restorative, embodied yin and trauma-sensitive yoga. She loves creating everyone a safe space to explore calm, nurturing movement and connection to self. Hanna is a bubbly character herself and has personal experience on how a soothing calm restorative practice can help in stress management and busy, physical lifestyle.

Restorative postures with stress relief and centering techniques. By practicing stillness and gentle movement, body and mind will be relaxed and restored. Yoga Nidra guides us towards a state of deep relaxation while remaining consciously aware.
