Tessa is a Yoga Teacher & Physiotherapist joining us in Raglan for July and August. Tessa loves creative vinyasa and free flow, guiding you to listen to your body, learn how it moves, all whilst safely improving your ability to bring your feet over your heart and heart over your mind.

Diane's background in counselling and body work help inform her teaching so she creates a safe container for students to explore and experiment on the yoga mat, regardless of age, experience and physical capabilities. She is passionate about yoga being accessible for every type of body because she has found it immensely healing in times of challenge in her own life and wishes to share this with others. When not teaching or practicing yoga, Diane works as a massage therapist and aromatherapist, lifts weights, loves the beach and reading (often on the beach). She is a lover of all things spiritual and metaphysical and is currently learning how to read Tarot cards.

Elena’s yoga style is infused with a hint of challenge and playfulness. From her physiotherapist background, she will guide you into a safe, curious and powerful kind of yoga practice. Elena’s sequences invite you to move out of your regular yoga routine and to explore new ways of moving. Besides yoga she loves to be by the ocean, dance and learn new things.

Bexie's experience covers teaching all types of yogis. You're bound to learn something new in every class, as she'll help you find alignment and fine tune your experience in postures. She is super skilled at meeting you where you're at in your practice. She loves to play and brings yoga to our local kindys. Off the mat, Bexie is a community-spirited greenie.
