Description
Lily Tomlin says “For fast-acting relief, try slowing down.”
Maybe instead of always finding strength we can find - slow and soft and thankful.
A restorative practice plays with the polarity between solitude and togetherness, bringing you to that place in between.
Restorative yoga is a gentle and calming - it involves alllllllll the props blankets, blocks, and bolsters to support the body in various poses for extended periods deep nourishing rest.
With a restorative class we hope to make our own practice more dimensional, and to develop ease of body AND mind.
You determine your own tempo. A pace that considers wellbeing and factors in joy.
Calm, careful, receptive, still, intuitive, unhurried, patient, reflective, quality-over-quantity.
