As both an avid yoga student and teacher, Rebecca’s yoga practice has evolved over the decades. Her classes combine and include elements from the many disciplines that she has studied: hatha, vinyasa, yin and restorative yoga, yoga for scoliosis, meditation, and pranayama. She is a former dancer and massage therapist.
Description
Slow Flow is a breath-centered practice that calms the mind and invites the practitioner to explore their being on a physical and spiritual level. It is a combination of Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, meditation, balance, and develops flexibility, both in body and with how we approach life.
