Sally’s yoga journey began during the 2020 quarantine, where yoga became her daily sanctuary. What started as a quest for physical flexibility has evolved into a deep exploration of self. She emphasizes body alignment and intentional breathing, offering classes that cater to both beginners and advanced yogis. With a background in art history, Sally also teaches art-inspired guided meditation.
Description
Vinyasa yoga is a series of postures (asanas), one flowing seamlessly into the next, uniting body, mind, and breath. This in an intermediate/advanced level class combining classic yoga postures and creative vinyasa sequencing. Each class is unique and will consist of sun salutations, twists, backbends, forward folds, balancing series, floor series, inversions, breathwork (pranayama) and guided meditation. Beginners welcome.
