Michael Owen is a triathlete and writer who found his way to yoga after a series of bike crashes. In the past year he turned 40 and ran his first marathon. He became a teacher to help creative doers harness the body´s power to heal so they can live in freedom and purity.

Description

A yoga practice focused on the work of stillness. We'll start with some gentle warmup movements and a guided breathing exercise. Then we'll go into a series of postures held for a few minutes each, designed to prompt deep release in the body and give our minds an opportunity to settle completely into the moment.
