This slow, deliberate practice will build a stronger body while filling you with a sense of freedom as you flow your way into a blissful state. You will learn how to deepen your breath and build a calm focused awareness of the present moment. Just because “slow” is in the title, does not mean it’s easy.

This class starts outside of Brew Krew business hours. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early and use the BACK ENTRANCE ONLY to enter the building.
