Yin Yoga is a gentle and relaxing all-level class that works deeply into the connective tissues and joints. Most postures are practiced on the floor in a seated or lying position with use of props to support the body. Postures are held for 3 to 7 minutes, offering time for the body to settle into stillness and open up the joints and connective tissues.

This is a great class for beginners or advance students looking for a restful class.
