With nearly a decade of teaching experience, Louise loves welcoming individuals with a range of yoga experience in her classes. She strives to create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere, leaving space for spirituality and self reflection without making the process too serious! A former professional dancer, Louise is a bit of an anatomy geek, developing your strength and mobility in a safe and balanced way. Her classes can be physically demanding, balanced with plenty of rest and freedom to make the practice your own. Inspired by her own journey, Louise is passionate about using movement and yoga to help people feel more at home in their bodies.

Description

Strong and Slow is a slow vinyasa-style flow class. The slowing down of movement and breath helps to facilitate a mindful and focused experience, and an opportunity to more deeply understand the physical intricacies of each pose. This class provides balance to the frantic nature of most of our daily lives, allowing you to strengthen, stretch, and relax your body and mind. Options and modifications will be offered for different levels of experience, bodies, or energy levels.

No previous yoga experience required, however this class is not suitable for those with significantly impaired mobility.
