I was introduced to yoga at a very young age and been on this journey since then. Being born and raised in an Indian family, was exposed to yogic learning and mantra chanting as a part of my everyday life. Have done over 450 hrs of yoga teacher training .(Hatha, vinyasa, yin & Restore, Pranayama and Meditation) I am a certified sound healer too ! I wish to share my knowledge and yoga lineage through my teaching and empower others to strengthen their practice. I truly hold gratitude for every little thing.

Description

You will be guided through a gentle yoga class allowing you body time to gently release while moving with the support of the ground beneath and blocks. Gentle balance, breath work and guidance will leave you feeling more open.
