Noelle discovered the path of yoga in 2010 and fell in love with the practice right away, not only for the physical benefits but also the mental, emotional and spiritual benefits. Noelle has studied under numerous teachers, in a range of different countries and surroundings. Learning from such a diverse group of teachers helped her gain a unique perspective and understanding of all aspects of yoga. Completing her initial training at the end of 2020, Noelle is now a 500RYT with almost 1000 hours of training completed as well as over 600 hours teaching experience as she began teaching in early 2021. Noelle has a passion for all types of yoga from Hatha to Ashtanga, Rocket to Vinyasa, Kundalini to Yin and Restorative. Vinyasa is her main self-practice and teaching style. In 2022, Noelle was lucky enough to spend two months training in Rishikesh India, the yoga capital of the world so she takes a holistic, spiritual and inclusive approach to her classes to uplift not only the body, but also the mind and spirit.

Description

In Noelles Yin class you will be encouraged in this mindful style of yoga to allow your body to stretch passively, holding poses for up to 5 minutes at a time. The use of props is essential to make sure you are comfortable in the pose and you will be encouraged to establish your own "edge" in every pose, and to work within the limitations of your own body. This is a wonderful way to unwind both the mind and body at any time of day to allow for balance in the body and a restful sleep.
