Melanie began her journey with movement in 2010, when health issues guided her first steps onto the yoga mat to change her life. To save it actually.
Now a Yoga Teacher, Mat Pilates Instructor and international movement coach, she has spent more than a decade completing extensive training and certifications across a variety of disciplines to integrate the relationship between movement and mental health.
Melanie hopes to share her knowledge and to support others as they embark on a path of joyful movement, no matter shape, size or ability.

This full body low impact class suits every size, shape and experience level, focusing on core strength, balance and flexibility. Melanie emphasises feeling good in your body while nurturing connection, dynamic movements and smooth connections. Modifications are encouraged to meet you where you are.
