Janessa is a certified yoga instructor from Malaysia, with over 2 years of teaching experience, eight years of practice and a qualification in Yoga for Healthcare. Her approach blends dynamic movement with restorative elements offering tailored guidance to suit all levels. With a background in health psychology, Janessa integrates principles of behaviour change, motivation, and pain management into her teaching. Her classes emphasise inclusivity, mindfulness, and well-being, creating a supportive space where everyone can thrive and feel empowered.

Guest teacher Janessa is holding this wonderful class which combines dynamic Power Yoga and tranquil Yin Yoga to build strength and promote restoration. This 90 minute session is designed to suit all fitness levels, empowering everyone to welcome the year ahead with energy and mindfulness.

Janessa will provide modifications and variations to ensure everyone feels comfortable and supported.
