Annabel Kramer
Annabel Kramer (they/them)
Annabel was drawn to a consistent yoga practice as an antidote to a full time corporate job, providing a way to reconnect with their breath and body after a long day sat at a desk. They are inspired by how the many different styles of yoga offer challenge and peacefulness in their own way. After many years of practice with a variety of teachers, they completed their first teacher training at East Side Yoga in 2022.
Their teaching aims to inspire students to move intuitively and intentionally, listening to what their minds and bodies need in that moment; that includes providing options for students to adjust the intensity of a pose themselves, time and space to explore how different variations feel, and permission to use movement or stillness at any point in a class. Annabel is a strong believer in the benefits of movement, breath, and rest for every mind and body, and hopes to create space in their classes for as many people as possible to experience these.
Description
Vinyasa yoga links breath to movement, providing a chance to find peace within the flowing transitions and poses you'll be guided through. Classes will contain a mixture of seated, standing, and balancing postures (with options!) to mobilise, strengthen and explore your body, plus breathwork or meditation. Use this time to wind down from a hectic week or connect mind to body in preparation for your Monday morning. All experience levels and abilities are welcome, and you are encouraged to meet your body however it's feeling that day.
