Melanie began her journey with movement in 2010, when health issues guided her first steps onto the yoga mat to change her life. To save it actually. Now a Yoga Teacher, Mat Pilates Instructor and international movement coach, she has spent more than a decade completing extensive training and certifications across a variety of disciplines to integrate the relationship between movement and mental health. Melanie hopes to share her knowledge and to support others as they embark on a path of joyful movement, no matter shape, size or ability.

Through slow, soothing movements and deeply supported poses, you’ll be guided into a state of pure relaxation. Imagine a quiet pause where your breath flows easy, your body unwinds, and your mind drifts on a gentle current.

With cozy props like bolsters and blankets, we create a nest of comfort, allowing you to release tension and reconnect with your inner calm. This class is an invitation to let go—to soften, breathe, and reset—so you can head into your weekend feeling light, open, and a little more whole.
