Hi, I’m Nick. I am a lover of plants and nature, a traveller, yoga student & teacher. My yoga journey began when I moved from Australia to Edinburgh in 2019. Living just around the corner from a friendly yoga studio, I committed to a frequent yoga practice to find a routine and connection in my new environment. Several years later, in 2022, my love for yoga led me to a 200-hour Vinyasa YTT with Rebecca Sirman and I have been teaching ever since. My teaching style focuses on creating space for students to connect with their yoga practice in whatever way they feel serves them. I am here as a guide, and together we will explore yoga as a somatic experience, helping us find movement, regulate our nervous system and reconnect with our mind, body and Self.

Start your day with a soothing blend of stillness and movement in our Morning Yin & Gentle Flow class. We’ll begin with grounding Yin postures providing a moment to check in with yourself, develop intentional breaths, and cultivate a deep sense of stillness and calm. Then, we’ll transition into a slow, gentle flow to awaken the body, enhance circulation, and gently build warmth. This class is perfect for all levels, offering a nourishing start to your day that promotes balance, relaxation, and a steady, centred energy.
