Beth Murray
Practicing both Yoga and Pilates for over a decade, Beth has a real love for encouraging others to become curious about the value of holistic practices. On the mat she specifically focuses on helping her students cultivate a sense of joy, confidence and body awareness; whether that comes in the form of understanding new ways to challenge themselves in Pilates, or taking steps towards true relaxation in Yoga.
Formerly a journalist, Beth understands the pressure an intense career can put on the rest of your life. She decided to make the move to the wellness industry in 2022 by retraining in Pilates. She then travelled to Asia to undertake her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training, eventually returning to Edinburgh to share her skills. In addition to teaching, Beth is a certified Holistic Life Coach and MindBody Practitioner, supporting individuals in managing stress and finding balance and happiness in all areas of their lives.
Description
Open to people new to Pilates and those who are experienced. Pilates sequences which flow and offer challenge, while remaining accessible and welcoming for those newer to the practice. Expect an energising class to upbeat music, with a focus on balance, flexibility, posture and core strength.
