Hello! I'm Laura, a Vinyasa Flow & Pre & Post Natal yoga teacher, mama of 2 little ones and a geriatric Parson’s Jack Russell. Fan of good food, fresh air and fun! And at the centre of it all; Yoga; unity; balance.
This is what I aim to bring to our practice together - an individual journey to balance - wherever you start your practice - that you will end feeling relaxed, refreshed and more 'yourself'.
My classes are friendly and relaxed, truly accessible and suitable for every body. Whatever your aim; relaxation, strength, flexibility, cardio, birth preparation, post-natal recovery, sleep... (the list gos on!) I offer something for you. In a safe space, free from judgement or comparison.
So why not join me and come on your own journey.... in the safety and serenity of my private garden studio. I can't wait to meet you on the mat :)

A dynamic yoga class which builds slowly, suitable for all abilities.
Combines guided meditation, pranayama (breath control) with slow and purposeful poses, built around a specific theme, which builds into a vinyasa flow to both strengthen and lengthen the body and soothe a the mind and heart. With the aim to bring more connection, balance and peace into your life.
Suitable for all bodies and abilities. (If you have a medical condition/ injury please notify me prior to class so i can provide suitable adaptations.)
Props: you will nee a non-slip mat and a couple of yoga bricks if you have them (or a couple of hefty books will do!) Please ensure surrounding area is clear and you have bare feet so you do not slip.
