Hello! I'm Laura, a Vinyasa Flow & Pre & Post Natal yoga teacher, mama of 2 little ones and a geriatric Parson’s Jack Russell. Fan of good food, fresh air and fun! And at the centre of it all; Yoga; unity; balance.
This is what I aim to bring to our practice together - an individual journey to balance - wherever you start your practice - that you will end feeling relaxed, refreshed and more 'yourself'.
My classes are friendly and relaxed, truly accessible and suitable for every body. Whatever your aim; relaxation, strength, flexibility, cardio, birth preparation, post-natal recovery, sleep... (the list gos on!) I offer something for you. In a safe space, free from judgement or comparison.

A 1 hour PRIVATE yoga class hosted online.
Combines; guided meditation, pranayama (breath control) and movement to achieve a sense of balance between mind, body and soul.
As a private class, we can work to whatever goals or objectives you are looking for be it peace, relaxation, mobility, strength, to deepen your yoga practice/ knowledge or general fitness.
