This dynamic class is designed for intermediate students looking to deepen their practice of arm balances and inversions. Build strength, stability, and confidence as we explore a variety of poses that challenge both your body and mind. You’ll learn key alignment principles, breath control techniques, strength drills, and mindful transitions to prepare for more complex arm balances, and graceful inversions such as Sirsasana (Headstand) and Pincha Mayurasana (Forearm Stand).

Expect a well-rounded sequence that includes foundational drills to improve core strength, shoulder mobility and stability, and hip flexibility. This class will emphasize building both physical strength and mental focus, with plenty of modifications to ensure you’re progressing safely. Whether you're refining your technique or stepping into a new pose, you’ll leave class feeling empowered and inspired to continue your arm balance and inversion journey.

*This class is LIMITED for those with a regular practice (2-3x per week) of 6 months.
