Online Meditation
23 July - 24 September

9 weekly sessions from 7:30-8pm from the comfort of wherever you like

(No session on the 20th of August)

You can expect to be guided through a range of meditation, mindfulness, pranayama or breathwork and mantra practices

Learn some new skills

Practice or refine some old ones

Most of all, make a commitment to yourself to turn up for 30 short minutes out of the 10,880 we have in a week

Insert a bit of balance, concentration and a whole lots of life giving peace to your life

Can’t make all the sessions, don’t let that stop you. Come for what you can.
