Mary Anklam
Mary is a young, passionate yoga practitioner. Using yoga as a form of inner-soul searching, restoration, and exercise, Mary guides individuals through their own yoga journey. Mary’s gentle instruction allows for beginner and advanced yoga students to expand in yoga psychology, movement and flexibility. She is a vibrant, adventurous spirit who enjoys global travel and incorporates her experiences in the wild throughout her classes. Her yoga is an experience that is truly unique. She strives to bring each student closer to the Divine, with every class. Aside from her yoga adventures, she enjoys cooking healthy food and taking care of her cat, Toby. Her hobbies include paddle-boarding, hiking, and surfing.
Description
This class is a great balance between mindfulness and a heartfelt challenge. This invigorating yoga flow is core focused. Strengthening the core can promote overall well-being, improve breathing and better balance. We usually use props to enhance this practice and we'll end with a deep stretch. Come prepared to sweat in a warm room. All levels are welcome, always.
