Description
1 hr movement + 1 hr restorative recovery = blissful reset
stretch and strengthen through a mindful hatha flow then slow it down with a restorative yoga practice (bolsters, blocks and blankets) with hands on adjustments to relax the muscles and allow the body and mind to be quiet and drop into a meditative state.
