Maria discovered her personal yoga practice 20+ years ago, finding it to be a beautiful experience that allowed her to grow and connect with herself. She was inspired to start her journey as a teacher so that she could bring the same sense of compassion and acceptance she found to others. Maria strives to make her students feel confident and safe to practice on their mat. Her style of yoga will bring holistic values and healing so that you feel calm, energized, and connected every time! You will likely walk away from her class with a profound feeling of community and healing; a flow that will align your body, mind, and spirit. When she's not teaching yoga, you might find her traveling, cooking, and being a mom to her two boys and oversize pitbull!

Maria Vasilevsky (IG @she_who_oms) is back for another special summer offering! This time, we will dive into releasing pain stored in the hips. The hips carry a lot of unprocessed emotion, causing hip, back and leg pain if not released. Combining breathwork, meditation and a hip-opening flow sequence will help participants walk away feeling lighter, with a noticeable release in the hip area that can improve posture, and alignment. Learning how to release this tension going forward can be a game-changer for chronic pain, running, and grief. Come flow with us as we open and stretch within our root chakra!
