I am a teacher based in the Cotswolds who teaches a range of classes in local community centres, gyms and studios. I love to teach Yoga to a broad range of students. Trained in Trauma Informed Yoga.

Come and join us in the beautiful grounds of Postlip Hall to experience Yoga in nature. (If weather is bad we have a beautiful alternative indoor room.) Suitable for all, ticket includes a drink and piece of cake post class.
