Description
This class is meant to help students get the full-body experience of building stira (stability) and sukha (ease) in our bodies through yoga. During this virtual class, students will learn to build a yoga practice, learn foundational asanas & build strength, flexibility & stability. The class will be taught in a fun & engaging way with the teacher giving adjustments and cues virtually. Class will always end with time for pranayama (breathwork) & rest. All levels of yoga practitioners are welcome to attend!
