Yerri has been an avid hiker and runner for many years; however, he pivoted to practicing yoga due to the mental and spiritual benefits. Yerri aims to make yoga and pranayama accessible to all audiences, especially those learning for the first time. Yerri received his yoga teacher certification from the Republic of Yoga (with over 200 hours of training).

This beginner-friendly Hatha Yoga class offers a gentle introduction to yoga, focusing on foundational poses, mindful breathing, and relaxation techniques.
