Monday nights - yoga for a fiver!
We know times are hard, arms short, pockets deep but we also know looking after YOU is so important. Mental health, community and movement. Come and join Tracey for 45 minutes of Yoga and relaxation. This class will take on the form of learning asanas so that you may grow in your practise. All welcome!
