September marks our birthday anniversary as custodians of Tru!

Join us on this happy day 09.00- 13.00 to celebrate and sample the delights on offer at Tru.
There will be Yoga, Pilates and Yin tasters as well as talks from some of our talented therapists. A chance to try different styles of movement with different teachers and learn more about the treatments from our team of experts. Limited to 18 spots so book now to avoid disappointment! Cost £20.

We will also hold a prize draw* giving you the chance to win the following:
10 classes, 5 classes, 1 hour massage, 30 minute massage, reflexology taster, 1-2-1 yin class, 1 class, yoga mat, mat bag, yoga/pilates socks.
