Explore gentle to moderate stretches targeted to give the body a comprehensive stretch, releasing the tension and soreness from the tightness. Props will be used for beginners, some aspects and benefits of proper breathing is also introduced. After stimulation of the muscles, the session ends with guided relaxation to give the entire body a complete rest.
