Description
This class is suitable for all levels of practitioners. The class aims to build heat in the body through dynamic warm up and sun salutations. Each class will have a combination of core drills, forward bends, backbends, twists, balancing asanas as well as some fun inversions and arm balances. After a relaxing savasana to the sound of the singing bowl, we conclude with pranayama or breathing exercises that calms the mind and takes you to a few minutes of deep silence.
