Description

The session starts with a simple flow-based practice that develops muscular strength, endurance and flexibility. This is followed by Stretch, a slower practice where poses are passively held longer, focusing on the breath. This gives the body time to fully relax and open. The practice blends two styles of yoga into one practice, bringing together the benefits of passively holding poses and flowing in a more dynamic sequence.
