With nearly two decades of yoga experience and specialized training in Vinyasa and Hot Flow, I guide students through practices that balance physical challenge with mental clarity. When I first discovered Vinyasa, I was just looking for a way to balance out my intense cardio training. What I found instead was something that not only made me stronger and more flexible, but also gave my busy mind some much-needed breathing space. This personal experience has led me to complete over 330 hours of teacher training - starting with 250-hour Vinyasa Teacher Training with Spiralling Crow in 2020.
