Lori has a passion for creativity in movement, for getting curious about how we move and why it feels good. Her educational background in psychology and chid development has influenced the way she teaches, with playfulness at the heart and a deep respect for yoga wisdoms. Her classes are often a mix of building heat and restoring energy. Lori teaches often in the school setting to youth across the province, building awareness and mindfulness in the next generations. Her experience as a birth doula over the last 15 years has given her passion to bring yoga to expecting women to help empower their choices as mom’s to be.

A beautiful and classical practice of mindful movement, that combines Asana, Pranayama, Meditation & beyond. Tiffany brings her more than 2 decades of experience into sessions that are highly reflective and transformative. All are welcome!
