Stef has been leading heart-centered workshops, classes and coaching clients on Yoga, Meditation, Ayurveda, Nutrition and Sustainable Living in Canada and around the world for over sixteen years. She is a Yoga Teacher and Wellness Coach, with a background in Holistic Nutrition and Ayurveda, as well as the co-founder of Ahimsa Eco Solutions, an environmental business-for-good. She is passionate about exploring spirituality, health and wholeness through our connection with Nature.
Description
These meditation sessions welcome you to sit into your own effortless peacefulness and to know what it is to be meditation, rather than ‘do it’. Sessions begin with guidance and lead into silence.
Tiffany has spent the last 15+ years in long periods of silent, dark and solitude retreats. She offers Self-Inquiry Meditation in a way that truly welcomes us to reside in our depth of Being.
