Tanya Kaps
Tanya Kaps is a Hatha Yoga, Vedanta, and Kundalini Tantra teacher with over 20 years of practice, study and teaching internationally. Tanya has lived and studied in Asia for the last two decades during which time she studied with her revered teacher Swami Vagishanada. She also has an academic background in Integrated Science and Transpersonal Psychology. She brings an embodied and technical understanding of the unfolding stages of the spiritual awakening process and shares with her students through a grounded, relatable and demystifying approach. Bridging both science and spirituality, the traditional and modern, the universal and the personal; Tanya brings a warm and loving presence to support her students in skilfully engaging with yoga as a spiritual practice to reveal the essence of who we are: already whole, already holy, already free.

These meditation sessions welcome you to sit into your own effortless peacefulness and to know what it is to be meditation, rather than ‘do it’. Sessions begin with guidance and lead into silence.
