Sarah Pike
I’ve been practising yoga for over 25 years and it’s got me through some pretty difficult personal times. I have been teaching for 3 years and it’s a joy to be able to give the gift of yoga to my community. I am a 500 hour RYT registered yoga teacher and am trained in Vinyasa flow, Yin, Pranayama, Meditation, Sound Healing & Yoga Nidra. I am also a Master Reiki practitioner.
For me yoga is about coming home to yourself, it gives you the time and space to really get to know your body and your mind. Time to move your body, be with your breath and find the stillness in your mind.
What is really important to me is that yoga is accessible to everyone and its about making the practice fit your body and not the other way around. It's not really how the pose looks but more how it feels in your body and everyones version of a pose is going to look slightly different to feel good in their own skin.
I combine breathwork, meditation and movement to provide an all round work out for your body and your spirit and I hope that you leave my classes feeling grounded, relaxed and empowered.
