Description

Rhythm Fit is 35 minutes of rhythmic cardio, strength training and core work followed by 20 minutes of deep stretch and a short meditation. Using weights and resistance bands we tone the muscles of hips, thighs, shoulders and arms. Core work in plank and supine poses will build a toned abdomen and stabilize the low back This fun music-filled class is a great way to start your day.
