Description
Using Kettle Bells, hand weights, and resistance bands, this class builds muscle while training the core to hold us centered. Class begins with one-minute interval warm ups and moves into paired sequences moving back and forth from upper to lower body. Twelve reps, three rounds for each sequence. Ground work pulses between core strength and resistance band work to build stability in glutes and abs. Class ends with floor stretches.
