Do you find it difficult to stop the forever chatter in the mind?
Do you want to know more about how to meditate?
Have you tried meditating and feel you can't do it?
Do you know how to meditate but enjoy the increased energy of meditating in a group?
Whether you are a beginner or experienced at meditator these classes are designed to meet you wherever you are at.
In these classes we will begin with slow gentle energy opening exercises designed specifically to clear and open the energy body to prepare the body to receive new fresh revitalizing energy.
You will then be guided through some breathing practices to help still the mind to be able to connect more deeply with your heart and soul.
You are then guided through spoken word, with music/ live instruments chosen with each class
depending on the live healing guided meditation.
